How to Opt Out
Marketing Communications Opt-Out Policy
You maintain the right to withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise your right to opt out, please utilize one of the following official channels:
- SMS/Text Messages: To cease receiving automated promotional text messages, please reply STOP to any message received from our system.
- Email Communications: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the footer of any promotional email, or by sending a formal request too Oasistransportllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."
- Telephone Solicitations: To be placed on our internal "Do Not Call" list, please contact our office directly at (951) 760-2345 or submit an email request to Oasistransportllc@gmail.com with the subject line "Do Not Call."

We reserve the right to send non-promotional communications necessary for the administration of our services, including appointment reminders, trip confirmations, and billing or service-related updates.

We offer non-emergency medical transportation, wheelchair transportation, and stretcher transportation.
- Definition: A no-show occurs if a ride is not canceled or revised within Eight hours of the driver being dispatched, or if the driver arrives and the rider is unavailable.
- Billing: No-shows are billed to the Customer/Facility as originally booked.
- Immediate Conditions: Any ride confirmed within a two-hour window is immediately subject to these no-show conditions.
- Wait Time: Once at the pickup location, the driver will wait for 15 minutes before declaring a no-show.
- Confirmation: To confirm a passenger's status, Dispatch will attempt to call the requester.
- Driver Latency: A late arrival by the provider is not considered valid grounds for a ride cancellation, as rides are scheduled with adequate time to meet drop-off requirements.
- Refunds: Local rides canceled with more than 2 hours' notice receive a full refund (minus a 3% processing fee). Rides longer than 50 miles require 24 hours' notice for a refund.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a local ride with at least two hours' notice, you will receive a full refund, though a credit card processing fee of up to 3% will be deducted.
- Rescheduling: There is no fee for rescheduling a local ride if the request is made more than one hour in advance. However, please note that if a ride is rescheduled, any further changes or subsequent cancellations will not be eligible for a refund and will be billed at the full rate.

No, We are open from 9:00am -4:30pm. Anything beyond those time frame needs to be coordinated ahead. We can still accommodate schedules outside of it. Just Call US
